Top PC Games 2011

It was one of the best games for PC gaming for me. Maybe just because this year I'm mostly aimed on game development (going to release a game very soon) and our game portal so playing games a lot and gaming is in focus.

So the games I've selected, bought and played this year a several from the 2010 but played in 2011 in time order.

1. Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty - The game is excellent! I haven't played the first game so have been impressed even more. Good that I had only 4 month submission so lost not all of my free time.

2. Need for Speed Hot Pursuit - I love NFS Hot Pursuit games since the first of them. Everybody at home played free ride, time based skill races and pursuits for sure.

3. Medal of Honor - Graphics is impressive especially fog and sand effects, multilayer is quite interesting and good base for Battlefield 3 later on the list.

4. Bulletstorm - Interesting visual solution and pretty specific humor story.

5. Crysis 2 - I just love technological atmosphere of this game. Great. Maybe multiplayer can be considered too advanced.

6. Homefront - After Crysis the game looks a bit old fashioned but multiplayer changes the situation completely: a lot of innovative ideas and addicting implementation.

7. F.E.A.R 3 - The game is really hard I had to decrease difficulty level after several hours fighting with big mech.

8. Portal 2 - I haven't played the original game so had no expectations. Game is really interesting and stylish, relaxing and challenging same time.

9. Duke Nukem Forever - Oldschool. I like it. Nothing changed in the game feels like it's 1997 again :)

10. Rage - the most controversial [game] of the year 2011 (PC), I've already written a story about the Rage, also felt like in 1997 first and the game is great! %)

11. Battlefield 3 - Сompany is interesting, graphics is really impressive, work on multiplayer and socialmedia is huge.

12. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 - Now playing campaign two missions to go. It's more move than a game as for me.

Wish You even better New Year :) Work less, play more! (c)
