I'm playing Empire Avenue since February of 2012 so had time to gather some stats. Yesterday was a nice number of 100 Million Eaves, so It made me count:

Portfolio Value: 100 000 000 eaves,
Dividend Earnings: 380 811.31 eaves.

It's ~3,8 percent per day.

In a Year: 1,0038^365 = 3,9923153751671824415249497968174 ~= 4 times,
In ~15 Month: 1,0038^465 = 5,8336984456981242412341317530432 ~= 6 times,

and I've got 100 000 000 from initial 100 000 ~= 100 times.

So my conclusion on experiment: most of money from growing portfolio, missions and commission of own stock sales.
